Sandisk Ultra 64 GB's WOW!
I am blown away on how these card just keep getting bigger and bigger, and with the newest card put out by sandisk, they are setting up the stage for even bigger cards that can rival internal hard drive in a computer.
This Sandisk 64 GB - Ultra SDXC Card has a read/write speed clocked at 15 mb/sec with a class 4 speed rating. It is based on the new SD 3.0 specifications, which makes it possible to manufacture cards with a storage capacity up to 2 Terabytes (TB).
The card has exFat file structure which lets you record long-duration HD-videos. With canon moving all their Vixia camcorders and powershot cameras to the SDXC cards, it is expected that many other electronic products such as HDTV, Blu-ray recorders/players, camcorders, mobile phones, navigation systems and computers will also make this move.
Retail Price: $349.99
Street Value : $200.00 +
Sandisk Extream Pro
For those cameras that use a flash memory stick, I didn't forget about you. With this card which is also has 64 GB capacity, it is not a whole lot difference visually. But one difference that it does have is that it has a read/write speed at a whopping 90/mbs which make this an ideal media card for thoses whole record live video with their DSLR cameras. So taking pictures in RAW+JPEG and High definition video, you are sure to have a shorter time waiting for it to transfer over, this can cut a nice amount of time off your photo shoots.
Also you get a Recover Pro software that is a must have for those who have ever had a card get corrupt and you could not recover your images, so if you have any additional cards setting around because you just could not throw away those pictures you know that are still on there, well now you can recover those images and finally get to work on them, sweet!
This card is no spring chicken when it comes to price-tags, With it boasting a retail price at $895.99 you can sure bet that this isn't up everybody's ally.

Interesting information and very cool ScanDisk but the price will have to drop down considerably to fit into my budget.
